- A buying test that produces a decision
Choose an AI SDR for the sales workflow you actually need to hand over. A sales team consolidating research, CRM context and multichannel engagement has a different buying decision from a founder who needs someone to run acquisition across outreach, search and ads. The lowest advertised monthly figure is not a meaningful comparison until you know the unit, included usage and contract.
Written by Revnu, a product included in this comparison. Sources checked 25 October 2026. These are editorial fit judgments based on vendors' public pages, not findings from hands-on head-to-head testing. No vendor paid for placement in this draft.
Start with your situation
| You need | A sensible shortlist | Decision to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| One growth operator across search, outreach and ads | Revnu | Do you value channel breadth more than a dedicated sales-team platform? |
| A multichannel sales platform for a small team | Amplemarket, Reply | Which CRM, seats and usage allowances are in the contract? |
| An outbound agent charged by people prospected | AiSDR | What triggers a billable contact and which extras do you need? |
| Prospecting and engagement with sales-team implementation | 11x, Artisan | What exactly is included in the written quote and commitment? |
| An outreach and lead-credit bundle you operate | Instantly | Which tasks remain with your team, and how much sending capacity is included? |
This is a shortlist by workflow, not a ranking. Ask each provider to demonstrate the same representative account and explain how a wrong answer, opt-out or reply is handled.
Prices, units and commitments
Prices are in US dollars unless a vendor quotes otherwise. Published entry prices are not identical scopes, seat counts or usage allowances.
| Product | Published starting price | Unit and commitment | Primary source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revnu Pro | From $99/month; Managed quoted | Monthly subscription; ad spend separate; Pro and Managed support differ | Pricing |
| 11x Alice Growth | Starts at $3,750/month, billed annually | Up to five users and 2,000 new prospects/month; the same page FAQ says $36,000/year, so request a written quote | Alice pricing |
| Artisan Ava | Quote-only | Ask for volume, included channels, setup fees, renewal and cancellation terms | Pricing |
| AiSDR | $1.50/person prospected, pay as you go | Charged daily; team plans are volume-priced, billed monthly with quarterly contracts | Pricing |
| Reply Jason AI SDR | From $500/month on its public overview | Confirm AI SDR billing term and contact allowance directly; do not confuse it with lower-priced Sales Outreach seats | Pricing |
| Amplemarket Startup | $600/month | Annual term; two users included; additional users available to purchase | Pricing |
| Instantly Starter bundle | $94/month on monthly billing | Outreach plus credit bundle, not the standalone outreach subscription; published bundle includes 5,000 monthly emails, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 1,500 credits | Pricing |
The 11x Alice pricing page publishes Growth at $3,750 per month, billed annually, with up to five users and 2,000 new prospects per month. Its FAQ on the same page says Growth starts at $36,000 per year. The headline rate implies $45,000 per year. Ask 11x to reconcile those figures in a written quote before budgeting. Reply's overview and its separate AI SDR plan terms also need to be reconciled before signing.
AiSDR's current usage-based offer replaces the older Solo price often repeated in lists. Its page separately lists optional mailbox and managed-service extras. A per-person price is not a per-email price or a guaranteed meeting price. Instantly's $94 Starter bundle combines products; its cheaper standalone outreach price should not be presented as equivalent to the bundle.
Revnu: the cross-channel growth job
Revnu researches companies and contacts, runs approved outreach sequences, writes and publishes search content under the account's publishing setting, tracks AI-search visibility and operates connected ad campaigns within approved spending. Work and decisions are reported in Slack or iMessage. It is a growth hire across channels, so the founder can test more than a single sales motion.
Choose it when one person needs execution across acquisition channels and wants to start self-serve. Choose another platform when native CRM integration or a sales team's specialised engagement workflow is the deciding requirement. Revnu's integration documentation does not list native CRM, Google Analytics, PostHog or Mixpanel connections. Managed adds a dedicated growth engineer; Pro does not include that person.
AiSDR: a usage-based outbound decision
AiSDR's current pricing page describes an outbound agent covering research, campaigns and multichannel engagement at $1.50 per person prospected. It lists HubSpot synchronisation and additional capabilities on its team offering. Its page distinguishes the pay-as-you-go service from volume-priced team support and optional managed work.
Consider it when outbound is the job and usage-based pricing suits your volume. Ask exactly when the person becomes billable, what repeated contact costs, and which mailbox or managed-service extras your plan needs. Do not compare its person-based price directly with another product's email allowance.
Reply: separate the AI SDR from engagement seats
Reply markets Jason AI SDR alongside its Sales Outreach product. Its public overview describes prospect discovery, personalisation, signals and AI-generated responses. The product tab and plan matter: a low sales-engagement seat price does not establish the price of the AI SDR.
Consider Reply when your team wants its engagement workflow and can confirm the AI SDR's exact scope. Ask for the annual and monthly AI SDR quotes, included active contacts, LinkedIn allowance and reply-handling controls. Require those terms rather than relying on a shared pricing-page headline.
Amplemarket: a team platform with explicit starting seats
Amplemarket's Startup offer publishes a $600 monthly rate on an annual term with two users. Its platform pricing describes prospect data and its Duo capabilities. That is a different purchasing unit from a solo subscription or a person-prospected charge.
Consider it when a team will actively use the included seats and wants one sales platform. Check data allowances, additional-user pricing and the CRM workflow your team will use. An annual term makes a trial and a clearly defined acceptance test particularly useful.
Instantly: distinguish software ownership from delegated work
Instantly publishes separate outreach subscriptions, credits and bundles. The monthly Starter bundle is $94, combining the Growth outreach and credit products. Its published allowances make it possible to price a specific workload rather than guessing what unlimited means.
Consider it when you want to operate an outreach stack and its lead-credit bundle fits your volume. Confirm the boundaries between agent features included in the bundle and separate managed or VIP services. Buying sending software alone does not settle who owns targeting, exclusions, the offer and responses.
11x and Artisan: resolve implementation and contract in a quote
11x's current outbound product describes audience and goal setting with prospecting, research, personalisation and multichannel engagement. Artisan's pricing page invites a tailored Ava quote. They merit consideration when the buying decision is about a defined sales function and supported implementation.
For either provider, request the complete term sheet: total annual commitment, channel and volume limits, data and mailbox costs, implementation, renewal, cancellation, reply review and human escalation. Avoid the assumption that an AI SDR means identical responsibilities across vendors.
What runs automatically and what waits
The approval documentation, checked 25 October 2026, distinguishes approving a sequence from approving every message.
On current Pro defaults, each new sequence asks for approval once. With Sequence Emails on Just Do It, its emails and follow-ups then run for the leads covered by that sequence without per-email approval. Its LinkedIn steps are covered by sequence approval too. New or changed sequences follow Start Sequences, with additional first-sequence safeguards. Account limits and sending rules still apply.
One-off emails and LinkedIn sends outside a sequence have separate switches. Replies to prospects always ask. New spending commitments and budget changes always ask; ad tests within an approved budget follow the Ad Tests setting. Blog publishing and live-page edits have their own Blog Posts setting. On Pro's Just Do It default, a post or page-edit card has a hold until the next weekday at 9am local time, at least 24 hours away, with an earlier approval or dismissal available. Managed starting settings depend on account setup. Read the account's actual switches rather than assuming Pro defaults apply to every account.
Published customer evidence
Soljio sells swim school software. From 6 to 12 October 2026, Revnu records show 150 owners reached, 17 replies and four interested owners. The rounded 11% is a reply rate, not a meeting rate or a customer conversion rate. Founder Evan Taylor separately reported three calls held in week one, a fourth booked and two schools testing Soljio. Those are founder-reported outcomes, not independently audited sales.
Minicor sells desktop automation for software without APIs. Its baseline was zero mentions in 471 tracked answers before 5 August 2026. Revnu published 24 new guides. Through 12 October, tracking recorded 2,274 answers naming Minicor and 3,857 citations across 12 engines. These are cumulative counts over different measurement periods, not comparable percentages or a controlled lift estimate. The founder separately reported leads who said they found Minicor through ChatGPT.
These are two customer examples. Neither is a benchmark, a guarantee, or proof that another company will obtain the same results.
A buying test that produces a decision
Give shortlisted vendors the same audience, exclusions and offer. Inspect researched accounts and proposed messages before authorising a test. Keep negative responses, interested responses, booked calls, held calls and paying customers separate. Judge on a suitable business outcome after allowing for the buying cycle; do not declare a winner from open rates or a single positive reply.
