Revnu researches who could buy from you, runs approved outreach, publishes search content under your settings and operates connected ads within approved spending. It takes on growth work across channels and reports in Slack or iMessage. Pro starts at $99 per month; Managed is quoted for work with a dedicated growth engineer. Advertising spend is separate.
Start with your website. If you need someone to set it up and run it with your team, discuss Managed.

Choose who should own your next growth job
| What you need now | Usually the better starting point | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A defined buyer-finding or search-content job with ongoing execution | Revnu Pro | Self-serve subscription; execution follows your connected accounts and settings |
| A person to help set up and run growth alongside your team | Revnu Managed | Quoted scope with a dedicated growth engineer |
| Original filming, deep design production or senior specialist strategy | A specialist agency | Buy the specific people and production the job requires |
| Occasional copy or design with a clear brief | A freelancer | A bounded deliverable may not require an ongoing growth service |
| Customer interviews while the product's value is still uncertain | Founder-led discovery | You need direct learning before scaling acquisition |
Give Revnu one outcome to work towards
Start with a goal you can recognise: conversations with a defined buyer, useful search pages for real customer questions, or a paid test measured on tracked signups. Connect the channel needed for that work. Revnu can research the next move, produce the assets, execute what your settings allow and report what happened.
For buyer outreach, it researches companies and contacts, prepares the sequence, sends approved steps and follows up. For search, it writes and publishes pages through a working blog integration and tracks visibility. For paid acquisition, it works in your connected account and keeps new spending decisions with you. A message drafted, a page published and a customer won are different milestones; the reporting should keep them separate.
What you get, and what you still own
You get researched leads and their evidence, acquisition work across the channels you connect, and decisions brought back to your team in chat. Social posts remain drafts with share links for you to publish yourself. Revnu does not claim that buying the subscription replaces every creative or strategic specialist.
You own the offer, accurate product facts, exclusions and decisions that always require approval. You also handle sales conversations once a buyer wants to talk. Managed adds a dedicated person to help with setup and ongoing work; Pro is self-serve.
What runs automatically and what waits
The approval documentation, checked 25 October 2026, distinguishes approving a sequence from approving every message.
On current Pro defaults, each new sequence asks for approval once. With Sequence Emails on Just Do It, its emails and follow-ups then run for the leads covered by that sequence without per-email approval. Its LinkedIn steps are covered by sequence approval too. New or changed sequences follow Start Sequences, with additional first-sequence safeguards. Account limits and sending rules still apply.
One-off emails and LinkedIn sends outside a sequence have separate switches. Replies to prospects always ask. New spending commitments and budget changes always ask; ad tests within an approved budget follow the Ad Tests setting. Blog publishing and live-page edits have their own Blog Posts setting. On Pro's Just Do It default, a post or page-edit card has a hold until the next weekday at 9am local time, at least 24 hours away, with an earlier approval or dismissal available. Managed starting settings depend on account setup. Read the account's actual switches rather than assuming Pro defaults apply to every account.
Published customer evidence
Soljio sells swim school software. From 6 to 12 October 2026, Revnu records show 150 owners reached, 17 replies and four interested owners. The rounded 11% is a reply rate, not a meeting rate or a customer conversion rate. Founder Evan Taylor separately reported three calls held in week one, a fourth booked and two schools testing Soljio. Those are founder-reported outcomes, not independently audited sales.
Minicor sells desktop automation for software without APIs. Its baseline was zero mentions in 471 tracked answers before 5 August 2026. Revnu published 24 new guides. Through 12 October, tracking recorded 2,274 answers naming Minicor and 3,857 citations across 12 engines. These are cumulative counts over different measurement periods, not comparable percentages or a controlled lift estimate. The founder separately reported leads who said they found Minicor through ChatGPT.
These are two customer examples. Neither is a benchmark, a guarantee, or proof that another company will obtain the same results.
Price and what the fee covers
Revnu pricing, checked 25 October 2026: Pro starts at US$99 per month, billed monthly. It is self-serve, with cancellation available anytime. Most offers start with a trial; the exact offer appears at signup and checkout. Managed is quoted individually and includes a dedicated growth engineer. The Pro subscription does not include that dedicated person. Advertising spend is paid separately to the platforms. Confirm the actual trial and billing terms shown during signup.
How to compare this with an agency quote
Ask for a scope with owners, deliverables, approval rules and a measurement date. Separate the service fee from ad spend, tools and production. Ask which work is included and what would require a new quote. Then compare that actual job with the Revnu plan you would buy. A software subscription and an agency retainer are not interchangeable units, so a blanket percentage saving would be misleading.
A specialist agency can be the better investment when your bottleneck is judgement or production that you cannot specify yet. A freelancer can be better for one finished asset. Revnu is more relevant when the bottleneck is recurring execution across channels and you want that work owned between conversations with your team.
Check your required integrations before choosing
Revnu works with Gmail or Outlook, LinkedIn outreach, Slack or iMessage, Google Search Console and supported ad platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Microsoft and TikTok Ads. It also supports GitHub and meeting-note connections. Read the current integrations guide for the exact scope.
If native CRM synchronisation, Google Analytics, PostHog or Mixpanel is essential to the job, verify a suitable handoff first: those are not listed as native integrations in that guide. A connected ad account also needs a suitable measurement path before a campaign can be judged on acquisition outcomes.
