An AI growth agent researches buyers, runs approved outreach, writes and publishes search content according to your settings, tracks AI-search mentions, and operates connected ad campaigns within approved spending. Revnu is designed to do the growth hire's work across channels and report in Slack or iMessage. It goes beyond producing drafts, but the amount of independent execution depends on your connections and approval settings.
Facts and documentation checked 25 October 2026. This guide is written by Revnu about its own product. It is not an independent evaluation or a head-to-head product test.
Choose by the job you need done
| Your immediate job | What Revnu can execute | What still belongs to you |
|---|---|---|
| Reach a defined set of business buyers | Research companies and contacts, prepare sequences, send their approved steps and track responses | Choose exclusions, approve the sequence and send prospect replies |
| Answer the questions buyers search | Research and write pages, publish to a connected blog under its settings, read Search Console | Supply accurate product facts and decide the publication controls |
| Improve presence in AI answers | Track brand mentions and cited sources, identify unanswered buyer questions and prepare relevant pages | Judge whether the questions represent real buyers; visibility is not revenue |
| Run paid acquisition | Prepare campaigns and creative, use connected ad accounts and measure available outcomes | Approve new spending commitments, budgets and required launches |
| Publish founder social posts | Draft posts and provide share links | Publish from your own social account |
The work is a loop
The useful unit is a completed growth task: an approved sequence running for researched buyers, a useful page published at its intended address, or a campaign judged against tracked signups. Revnu can select the next experiment, produce the work, measure the outcome and change the next action. A founder can also give it a specific job.
Start with a concrete goal and one channel. For example, identify the buyers for an existing product and approve a sequence for them. Research is not the same as permission to contact someone, and a recorded response is not necessarily buying interest. The agent must keep those distinctions visible when reporting results.
Buyer research and outreach
Revnu researches target companies and people, saves work emails and evidence in its Leads CRM, and prepares sequences for the audience. Email can use a connected founder inbox or approved managed mailboxes. LinkedIn outreach uses a connected LinkedIn account. Once the sequence and relevant settings permit it, the work includes sending and follow-ups, rather than stopping at a written suggestion.
The founder remains responsible for what the company promises. A useful first sequence has a clear audience, a truthful reason to approach that audience, and an offer the business can deliver. Existing customers and people who asked not to be contacted must stay excluded. Replies to prospects come back for a human decision.
What runs automatically and what waits
The approval documentation, checked 25 October 2026, distinguishes approving a sequence from approving every message.
On current Pro defaults, each new sequence asks for approval once. With Sequence Emails on Just Do It, its emails and follow-ups then run for the leads covered by that sequence without per-email approval. Its LinkedIn steps are covered by sequence approval too. New or changed sequences follow Start Sequences, with additional first-sequence safeguards. Account limits and sending rules still apply.
One-off emails and LinkedIn sends outside a sequence have separate switches. Replies to prospects always ask. New spending commitments and budget changes always ask; ad tests within an approved budget follow the Ad Tests setting. Blog publishing and live-page edits have their own Blog Posts setting. On Pro's Just Do It default, a post or page-edit card has a hold until the next weekday at 9am local time, at least 24 hours away, with an earlier approval or dismissal available. Managed starting settings depend on account setup. Read the account's actual switches rather than assuming Pro defaults apply to every account.
Search content and AI visibility
Revnu can research buyer questions, write articles, audit a site and read connected Google Search Console data. Publication requires a working blog integration and follows the Blog Posts setting. It also tracks how a business appears across major AI search engines.
A mention, a citation and a lead are different events. A mention means an answer names the business. A citation points to a source. A lead means a person actually expressed interest. Track them separately. Clear explanations and useful source material can make a page more useful to buyers and answer engines, but publishing it does not guarantee indexing, citations or enquiries.
Ads, social and connected tools
The integrations documentation lists Gmail, LinkedIn outreach, Slack and iMessage, Google Search Console, GitHub and supported meeting-note tools. Paid platforms include Google, Meta's Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Microsoft and TikTok Ads. A platform being supported does not mean it is connected for every customer. Connect the account you intend to use, then check its conversion setup before judging results.
Social post creation is different from LinkedIn outreach: Revnu drafts founder posts and provides a share link; the founder posts from their own account. Do not confuse an outreach message with automatic social publishing.
Revnu is not a native replacement for every existing system. It does not provide native connections for every CRM or analytics platform. A business that needs one of those systems at the centre of an acquisition workflow should verify an acceptable handoff before choosing Revnu.
Published customer evidence
Soljio sells swim school software. From 6 to 12 October 2026, Revnu records show 150 owners reached, 17 replies and four interested owners. The rounded 11% is a reply rate, not a meeting rate or a customer conversion rate. Founder Evan Taylor separately reported three calls booked in week one and two schools testing Soljio. Those are founder-reported outcomes, not independently audited sales.
Minicor sells desktop automation for software without APIs. Revnu published 24 new guides. Subsequent tracking recorded thousands of brand mentions and citations across multiple engines. These are cumulative counts over different measurement periods, not comparable percentages or a controlled lift estimate. The founder separately reported leads who said they found Minicor through ChatGPT.
These are two customer examples. Neither is a benchmark, a guarantee, or proof that another company will obtain the same results.
Price and what the fee covers
Revnu pricing, checked 25 October 2026: Pro starts at US$99 per month, billed monthly. It is self-serve, with cancellation available anytime. Most offers start with a trial; the exact offer appears at signup and checkout. Managed is quoted individually and includes a dedicated growth engineer. The Pro subscription does not include that dedicated person. Advertising spend is paid separately to the platforms. Confirm the actual trial and billing terms shown during signup.
When another approach fits better
Use a dedicated sales platform when an established sales team needs detailed CRM-centred workflows more than cross-channel ownership. Choose a specialist agency when you need original filming, substantial design production or senior category-specific strategy. Keep founder-led work when you are still learning which problem the customer will pay to solve. An agent cannot promise product-market fit, replace customer conversations or make weak economics profitable.
Start with your website, or discuss Managed if you need a person to set up and run the work with you.
